How come none of these civilian jet fighter aircraft don't have the HUD systems? They have to be demilitarized, no weapons, I get that. As someone who has some former flight training and listening to God knows how many more experienced pilots opinions, isn't having a HUD better than not because you can keep your eyes outside of the cockpit instead of in?

Saw these flying with the Turkish AF back in the mid 80's while TDY with my C-130... Beautiful aircraft... Well done..
